Shackled

Shackled in chains,

And an orange jumpsuit He came,

Shuffling into court.

His name was called,

and he stood to face his shame,

All eyes upon him.

Held in his hand,

A crumpled sheet of paper.

He opened to read.

He poured forth,

his failures and pains,

with alcohol.

The judge said.

"Sounds like a Jekyl and Hyde thing."

"I sentence you..........."

For the Jekyl and Hyde Contest.
