Hi Carol, After reading this and your "Dream" poem, I'm reminded of how the simplest of poems can be the very beautiful. All of my life free verse and dramatic verse poems have come natural to me since I was a child along with the occasional lyrical verse. Other tpes of poems are often out of my comfort zone. Reading your poems reminds me that experimenting with different poetry forms would be helpful to me as a writer. Thank you, Regina

Yes - sounds like Saginaw Michigan, at least for the last few days. I shiver reading your poem, Carol, but enjoy just the same. Love, daver

Brrrr....that's cold! Often the best poetry is short and poignant. And when the choice of words especially are as clever as yours....one must stand in awe! After reading some of your poems I must confess an apology for not reading them before. Jeff
