About This Poem

Dirty Clothes

A washing machine is useful
My shirts need all the help they can get

I get them dirty easily
Machine must work overtime to clean

I hope to keep my shirts spotless
Likely I’ll need the washing machine

    If your machine is not working, then get all the quarters you can find and go to the nearest laundromat. That's what my brother has to do since his washing machine broke down. This is a nice set of crystallines, Russell.

    That gets worse as one gets older..For some reason I manage to get food spills on my shirts now that I am older..Enjoyed reading this eve..You review of my work was uplifting..Sara
