Untitled
With every day that ages me,
I realize, how similar we were.
How alike we would've been.
You were 10 years older,
And I,
To young to know who I wanted to be.
You were more outspoken.
Not afraid to speak your mind,
A trait I envied.
The loss,
Seems greater,
Now that I am old enough to realize,
Exactly what we lost.
