Ask me not why
this soul prefers me most

For I, the soul most know,
favor the locked lass
with;
gold

Yet this day,
before me;
the stroll long her back down
was black

The sylph’s eyes,
pitch;
just as black...

...her figure to I
was;
just as blond

    This mythological creature, Paracelsus be it's name. Airborne be it, of invisible fame. This bard now writes, delivered aplomb, it's reading his writes that has driven my writes strong <*> no matter her hair colour, blond your so fond, in your mind it's now written, blond is your bond. Fantastic poetry James, which can only be written by you. Now that's special. Have a terrific day - your Highlander friend :)

    Thy soul prefers thee with good reason dear poet. And I am fascinated with the contrasting of souls and blending of color in this subtle rhyme. I've been fevered with the flu beast this past while - hope you are well. Luv, Lizzy

    I get a study in contrasts. Forgive me, dear sir, but I have read this many times, and for good reason. Your poetry is infectious, contagious and wonderfully original. Love, daver
