traditions

The good times; my siblings love
to sight,
Is the end of the semester in
school!
Our leaves, go by fast and swift.
Cos, this hatches the egg of our
norms-turned-rule!

We are eager, going for
semester shopping!
Most especially, when our outfit
are on more comely!
We never go for mid-semester
shopping.
Cos, many other things would
have gone by our pocket money!

Very memorable is our fresh
arrival!
Cos, we are always served our
native loved meal!
A meal processed from yam
marshed paste.
Which is called "ikokore" in our
local tongue.

Semester breaks;
are periods our poultry roster
hates!
Cos in every three days !
One of them must be ''late''-
killed

for the tradition contest.
