About This Poem
Seasonal Affective Disorder
gray winter rains
on everyday parade
washing out the colors of memory
painted by autumn brush strokes
cinnabar, cocoa, corn, carrot
-mono-chromed -
mollified more
drab, droll, dull
drudging
dreary
dim
beware the subtle thief
robber of right thoughts
eat right
exercise
get plenty of
soup
