The shower curtain

The flower’s image before me
stares

So overwhelmed by the splendor,
my fingers become;
agitated
restless
frantic,
and what spills;
sears mine slip

Stunning sky blue decorate
the sylphs eyes,
clustered blond tresses ornament
her soft Caucasian flesh
to her hips
leading this soul’s gaze to those,
naked distended lips

The poet pining for this;
petite nubile miss

    Don't know which is more fun, your verse or Daver's pacemaker. Either way, I enjoyed both.

    Keep your eye on the shower curtain flower. The one within is mere whimsy. Be still my old heart - pace maker going wild. Love, daver

    And now you are at the shower curtain. Boy, James, you just love seeing those nude women in every place imaginable! Your poetry fits the lyrics of that song that says, "my sweet little imagination!"

    Wonderfully romantic, James! I can just imagine you pining for the "petite nubile miss" behind the shower curtain. I think this is one of your best poems and it's going to my favorites. I did find an old address for you and hope you haven't moved. Love, Carolyn
