I read that the seeds are full of good stuff too. But I agree, apples are the best!

Butter, peanut butter, apple butter toast. You mush up the apples and put em' in to roast. Put in sugar and cinnamon, that's all you have to do. I know from years of eating this that it is good for you. My Mom used to make this almost every fall. She recently passed away and so my Dad and I made some. It's a little taste of heaven from her that feeds my soul.

eating and writing hahaa!stimulation of the brain cells with apple a day keeps the doc away but if the doc is one hell of a handsome bugger!

I stink at tyburn form but had entered Dr. Ram's contest bc I like to always give him support.I don't think there was a form that frustrated me more!... This poem is outta sight, Yasmin! I was right,..a lil spoof on the Apple Diet,....this is suuuuuuperb, darling. Just superb! The old addage is true "an apple a day keeps the doctor away"..My son says that apples makes Psoriasis worse..I don't believe him..Enjoyed reading your work..My son is still Physical Therapy..I think that it was set up for four weeks and he has done maybe three..I am still not as well as I would like to be but I have hopes of getting better..Thanks for stopping by..Sara
