About This Poem
Keeping an Open Mind
Just as refusing eyes
Never have vision
Of the big picture,
A deaf ear,
Hears only crowd noise,
Not it's whisperings.
Both are signs of an intellect
Reluctant to compromise,
Or void of understanding.
