Babbling 'bout bubbles

Coloured and in cascades, there's foam on the falls,
Elliptical dome shaped..almost perfect circles are recalled
Haven of childhood & sanctuary gained, ephemeral beauty
its existance proclaims, against backdrops on dewdrops in
rain on the leaves, bubbles are forming in torrents and streams
in my bathtub they a'wait me..under billows of steam..!

Alliterative delight....had to revisit this bubbly fun write that displays your dreamy vocab and splashes of childhood memories...my mom used to make my sister and I take baths together when we were in preschool and we would tell obnoxious jokes and pretend we were santa claus with rascally soap beards! Yes, the Dungeon of Hell is a true story about me...forgiveness is bliss tho' and our slates were all wiped clean yrs ago...thanks for inquiring, Joe. Blessings to u. gwendolen

Good one, Joe. I always love images through the eyes of children. With kids, sky's the limit. Love, daver

Kind of a bubbly daydream, taking in the gigantic to the simply domestic. This is just my impression, Joe. Could be two kids in a bathtub having a water fight. Forgive me. I like this one mucho - makes ya think. Love, daver

The bubbles can be found on fals, streams, even in bathtubs, Joe. It amazes me how they do all seem perfectly circular. Even far offshore, bubbles can be seen on the sea. This is a delightful poem, my friend. I especially like the line about "haven of childhood" as I was enthralled by bubbles when I was young. Excellent write! Love, Carolyn
