An Easter Speech for the President

When Easter comes and
remembers the Day that
Christ was risen from a grave

Children are given a little speech
a word or two for them to teach
and with their voices God does preach
a little prayer and hope for each

Thats what we need
the President said.
We need our economy
raised from the dead

And the speech writer wrote
And in his speech the President plead
Here is something the wise have said
"That wealth is the order and procedure
of production and exchange. Rather than
the accumulation of mostly perishable goods."

today's economist have no memories
nor do they respect traditions
rarly do they ask Gods permision
they do not care for the worlds condition

Lead "The People" give them a mission
fill their hearts with duty and commision
If we have strayed get on the right track
and try your hardest to bring God back.

Hi John, I think the pres. would read this. I sent, "Requiem for America" to him and got a reply! Give it a whirl.

I think many need an Easter speech and we need to bring God back into our everyday lives. Government is trying very hard to take religion out . I wonder when it comes to swearing on the bible if we will eventually get rid of that too or off the coin -in God we trust" and put in government we trust. Love phyl

I do like an outspoken man...and re the comment about kids not being taught how to write, half of them can't even speak! but that's what governments want, a dumbed down population incapable of speech, thought or reason (easier to manipulate and control)...

A wonderful write but the Pres. probably won't listen to it because he is so busy tryig to get God OUT of our government and our every day lives. Now they are even trying to stop teaching our kids how to WRITE for Heaven's Sake. Ridiculous. Great write my friend. God Bless, JB (You know what they say about the pen being mightier than the sword.)
