WALLS

Walls!
Walls speak, though
Stunted and dead like nails on doors,
Just as wood and furniture.
Wandering how they speak?
Echoes! Echoes! Echoes!
Transmitted through them
Walls are betrayers,
And thee! Can’t fight them
Because of their fortitude!

Walls!
Only set up by builders
Under directory of engineers
Trust walls not
When conspiring,
If to trust walls, not too much
Why?
The speaking characters will be a company
Addition of walls will be a crowd!

Walls!
Walls are like heights and weights
Walls are dangerous extremes
Heights are extremes in life
Weights were made before heights
Walls have weights
Unstoppable weights
Choose not to swim, sink!
Enough to say, you can’t fight walls’ ears
Walls!

Oule, your poem made me think more about walls.I always thought that walls basically just separate.A good poem makes you think and yours did that so yours is a good poem.I don't know how to answer your request on my message board. I posted a poem about walls. It's for you.Crossfox

Walls sometimes hold echoes of the past Don't they Emmanuel. They hold secrets of the lives lived in them. Nice verse.
