Hackers

Throughout the years, they have been hidden
Behind the back doors, this task was forbidden
In the past, there were all but a few
Now there are more, in such a hidden spew

Hackers do it for money, not fame, only personal glory
For if there is fame that will be an end to their story
Hackers are quick as they do it plugged in
Into the technology that gives them their grin

They sit and they type, addicted to their computers
They are at home instead of with a suitor
These people called hackers, are such a marvelous group
For them technology is everything, it even runs through their tubes

Original poem by Jessica Delisky on July 24th,2011 For Natalie Fllikkema's talkin'
technology contest
