Smiles or Frowns A Double Tetractys

Laughs Turn to Child like smiles When you’re with me Smiles filled with joy when we have time alone Sadness reclaims the smiles when you’re away Frowns find their way From my face To my Heart

This sure warms the heart, Amanda-- sounds like a wonderful person, beautiful message in your tetractys -- really liked your take on the challenge :) Oh shucks, I just saw Susan's comment below...I definitely think this is a winner too! Plus I love your attitude about writing for contests! Way to go for you :D

Nikko you're awesome thanks so much! Winning is a bonus but the true pleasure is in the writing and the challenge, AND the great community here!

I was looking for your name on the winner's list and I couldn't believe it wasn't there! yours is just as good, if not better, than some of the winners. i feel like you got gipped. anyway, just know that someone out there, me, loves this!

When we are separated from someone who is the light of our life, this is just how it feels, Amanda. Wonderful entry for the Smiles and Frowns contest and I wish you success! Love, Carolyn
