Onions, carrots and turnips
Simmered with dumplings
Cooked to perfection
Dinner is

    Charlotte, I haven't tried rabbit though friends say it's quite tastty. I love the recipe, especialy the herbs, onions and summered dumplings. Yummy! Thanks for introducing us to a bit of English fare. Congratulations on your success in Sara's contest. Love, Carolyn

    Enjoyed reading this one..Even though it doesn't have the seafood ingredients, it got my attention...Thanks for entering my contest..I have never eaten rabbit...My mother cooked it one time and it was real gamey when I tasted it..I had gravy and biscuits that day...Sara

    Just leave out the turnips.....I grew them once in my garden and was horrified by the flavor.

    babe i was living in savanah georgia when i learned what a low country boil was. you have to attend one. it's like a dinner party only messier. but i liked yours. who would think of taking those ingrediants and throughing them on the table for everyone to eat off the table with out forks and spoons. haha my love.
