The crystal's empty

In my hand
the crystal sated,
firmly in my custody
as my gawp through the pane
for your supple walk should past I

I perceived sound from the distance;
your sandals brushing the walk,
and the flurry of mine heart
caused the rush of the crystal
to mine lips

The sounds turned to sight
as you entered my picture

Oh, the bliss of my pounding pulse
held steady,
with assist of the red, found in
mine crystal

Your pause to lean and sense the
bouquet of my flaxen roses,
did lend hark to the crystal’s empty

Interesting one about a crystal, James. Imaginative! Thanks for your comment on Trucker Joe. I know some drivers love their job, but it's no fun when you lose the job you really love and have to settle for so man headaches as driving for a bad company!

Sorry about your allergy to cats. As for myself - I get along fine, save for an occasional hairball. daver
