Know thyself

Mock me I dare you,
read me and I'll scare you,
only with the truth,
not I but you hold the proof,

you know its true,
because you know you,
I can see right through you,
but you know you better,

I know every word,
but you know every letter,
and so that thought begins to merge,
as you dwell on your regret,

a memory of debt rather than assets,
you know its true so why the sweat,
you know you,
I won the bet.
