    Losing "firmness," but gaining "sweetness" is also often true in life as we age, Cyndi. Love banana bread! Used to make banana cookies with chocolate chips and the overly ripe bananas worked best in that recipe as well. Cool poem that can be taken two ways! Love, Carolyn

    LOL - thanks! I am planning to make banana bread tonight after monkey girl goes to sleep. Looking at that browning fruit, I realized I'm very much like an aging banana---ugh, brown spots and all. Off to do laundry- which I hate doing on Sundays, but got time-robbed. Hope you have a good Sunday.
