And Yet Another
I open mine eye and early it is a morn,
And the bird sings the joy of the break of dawn;
(And they also say it is praise to the Father of Throne)
And to depart the spirit of sleep I just twice yawn.
So another here is indomitable and shameless a day,
And has her dream and task and bread;
Some scheme to service John and Jane some joy, or just the other way;
To get to the devil's hand or by the Angel be led.
And if another I'm yet to behold,
Before the bird mine eye open, I beseech;
To cash on timely and moreover manifold,
And sashay on sport, and relax in Bar on Beach.
