The Carpenter of Yamani
Meet the carpenter who half-went to school,
But this guru of timber you seldom can fool;
Slim and tall, solemn and a guy
Who on any joinery you never can lie.
How skilled he got you never can tell,
How others' wits under his ever fell!
Where that way he harvested you fear and ask,
And on carpentry you love to pay him for a task.
I his work admire no doubt,
And you, chairs he's made ain't leave out;
His shop at Yamani may you pass by,
If a bed you fail to buy, you must ask why!
He's Musili and him we call professor,
And you must award him a big title Sir;
For his chiseling is not everyday,
And many say he is spirit-way.
