the word [enthusiastic] is too intellectual show how he's enthusiastic? [buzzing dies down] would show he was eaten...Light & Love

ah this reminds me of Eric Carle's The Very Busy Spider--you familiar with that children's book author? definitely worth all the effort for the spider-- grand feast indeed for that spider :)-- nikko :)

When living in Papua New Guinea I have seen very big spiders with such strong cobwebs that would be even dangerous for birds! Nice Haiku, Kashinat!...Tc...Gert

What a vivid image of this hungry spider you give us, Kashinath. This would work well in Charles Henderson's contest and I hope you've entered it. I returned your Soup Mail. Quatrains can be abab or aabb rhyme schemes according to a variety of sources found on the internet. Same goes for sonnets. Thank you for looking at some of my older poems. Much appreciated. Love, Carolyn

Kashinath, I love the image of the cobweb stirring and the spider feeling enthusiastic. I was curious why you did four lines instead of three. But I think lately I may have seen haiku with four lines somewhere! Hey, thanks for your comments to me today and I was happy to see these new poems of yours posted today! Luv, Andrea
