A Bad Hair Day

Purple spikes pointing toward the sky
Do you suppose he woke that way?
Can anyone tell me the reason why
He'd strive to have " A Bad Hair Day'?

hahaha, Clever one, Barbara, and yes, I enjoy those swap quatrains. It was a form invented by an old friend of mine and it really caught on fire over the internet. I wish my own invented form would catch on that well!

Literally laughing out loud now, LNC. I see these young men (and women) walking around with bizarre hairdos in colors stolen from a prism and ask myself, "Why?" This will do great in Rick's contest. Love, Carolyn

I've seen some weird ones in my day, but "purple spikes?" Maybe he thought that was a good hair day. It's me. I don't understand anything anymore. Good write. Love, Dave
