BARE BONED ''BEAUTY''

Encased in corruption white and frail mocking life!

it travels within on our journey in strife, and though

feeling its form with each move that we make we

blindside the presence and statement it makes!we

gaze on the form and connotate to beauty, yet its

end is apparant forbidding indeed! once departed a

shell its inheritance dust, and therewith possesion

derision and lust!

written cirica 1991, for Paula Swansons contest (now i'm out)
of retirement! well sort of.

Ah, the ravages of beauty. God forbid, beauty as the Phoenix - and, though wise, I become eternally corrupt. You be so good, Joe. Love, daver

Skelton in the closet, Joe? Surely not so a totally such bad thing, for there is also "Beauty" in its presence? Still, when it comes to "inheritance dust, possesion, derision and lust", it might arrive encased within another word, freedom? You're a deep and mysterious man, Joe! Best wishes, Love, Mikki
