BRING ON THE SPRING
The last of Winter passes by, the temperature slowly rise,
as the beginning of warmth of the sun glow in our eyes, the
fresh air sweetened with the buds and bloom of all the magnificent scent
of spring flowery gardens a colorful array of varying petals and shapes.
The buds on the magnolia trees are beginning to bloom, so are the
daffodils and snowdrops, its the excitement of a singing bird or two,
a pussy willow in full bloom the tulips stand still along with
the shrubs of lilac, scila and forsythia too I am seeing a new love and
a mighty change as lovers become engage kissing in the park
on bright sunny days.
Oh my, it was only winter yesterday or was it almost six months ago,
To my dismay, time flies when I was enjoying the snowy windy nights
and gray skies, the crystals of the ice aglow, gives birth to the robins,
bluebirds and ruby humming birds are all gayly sucking on nectar of
phlox, vinca and pasque early spring blooms undisturbed by their audience,
they dance and skip elegantly, on leaves and flowers unfeelingly.
Spring giving life as it unfolds restoring nature beauty
and mankind healing of body and souls.
