The Reflection
When you look in the mirror
What do you see?
I see a smiling face
Looking back at me
But hidden within
I see a frown
A lost soul
Way deep down
Who smiles on the out
And is searching within
Why is it so?
Hopelessness is his only sin
One day he can find
The one whom he's searching for
One day he'll walk in and see her
When he opens that front door
But for now he looks
Will he ever find?
Lost in the heart
But there in the mind
