Briggette a wreath poem

Sweet sounds of summer-land ring through the wood
where wood nymphs call echoing laughter so bright.
Brigit, the bright one, dressed in willow green,
dances green pathways through forest deep.
Tree folk deep curtsy as she passes by,
Queen by proclamation of earth’s great delight.
Brigit, delight of the lands and the sky
calls sky to the earth in a wondrous song.
Sing song to the forest, sing song to the wild
where wild flowers wander the trails of desire.
Brigit’s desire calls the blossom to bloom
and bloom does the apple tree and sweet plum too.
She too is blossoming, as golden sun sings
Brigit sings the forest full with summer sounds.

Great image dressed in willow green, dances green pathways. My first image in my mind with this was the willow leaves how they drape the tree, much like a skirt. Wonderful image. raskin
