Letting go of you
Why is it that, everytime I find someone new
There is always you,
In the dark of the night when I dream
There is always you.
Even though I know, you never loved me,
As much as I loved you,
I know you loved some other,
But not as much as I loved you.
I have tried letting go,
Forgetting you,
Finding someone new,
Loving a-new
Maybe you will notice,
That I am doing just fine,
Letting go of you,
Trying so hard to forget you.
But still, I cant let go of you,
The days, the months,
The seasons, the years,
All pass so slowly.
Yet still, I fall in love with you,
Your memory,
My tears and pain, a demon,
Knowing you loved him more.
