I started to write a comment on your jogging poem but about halfway in I got so tired I had to get something to eat. so I came here. Good job. A fork to the mouth is a lot better exercise than all those push m ups. Good poem though. Good writes--both, Charles

Jared I love the way you describe your healthy meal, but now I know why I can never stay on a diet. I would die if I had to eat this way forever. LUv, andrea ps At least it is tolerable though. Brian does his exotic food poems, discussing strange foods I never even heard of before. Too bad I am a fried foods nut!!

Well sounds good but this "Sweetheart" would never fit into her bikini if she indulged in this menu.. but u enjoy sweetie...I fixed my Rondel .. but now it does not make sense as to the theme of the poem but I re read your example again and again and saw my two mistakes so I fixed them and it does not make sense but am going to leave as is.... like food poetry is best not touched too many times or it will spoil its effect.. luv..
