RUNAWAY TRAIN

    RUNAWAY TRAIN

A runaway train a life full of pain
running avoiding the hurt
getting away with lies, dancing in the rain
treating everyone like dirt
call me insane
I am my on freak on my runaway train

running like the gingerbread man
running as fast as I can
catch me now if you can
abandoning every lives plan
removing the ones in my life I can not stand
finding my self in Rome
How the Hell did i end up in another land
take me French men by the hand
sent me back with the runaway band

Trust me it is no joy to feel like a toy
Runaway train has been my only joy
leaving everything behind
meting myself as a homeless in every cargo
Runaway train in my on match box
Runaway train lighting up the flames
Runaway train my life full of speed
running avoiding my hearts need
tracking me down and you'll find me in my own
( Soul Asylum ) lost in a ( Runaway Train )

(Not 4 my own -contest-I wanted in on the fun to)

*************************************************
My runaway train has ended
,every one joined, jumped in my cargo
My runaway train all the soupers mended
waiting on them who joined my wells fargo
Thank you everyone for closing the contest,
in less than 24 hrs. Did not expect that.
Being my first contest and all,
I looked for one thing i needed to see.
A different point of view To what i wrote above

(( I will Post the moment I am done on my new blog when I am
 done viewing all entries ))

Trains are related to our lives and dreaming about them (been a time when i would dream of trains almost ever hour spent sleeping) or writting poems on them signifies just how mush you are close to understanding life which is an achievement. it's a great write definitely and thank you for your encouraging remarks on ..what's up...

i love trains. when i grow up i want to be an engineer - run the trains, wow. that may interfere with my other desire to be a cowboy when i grow up. see, your poem brought me back to my own juvenile wants but then you mixed in some reality. i loved the ride, thank you, chuck

If only you could join your contest! I love it. Seems like everyone has their own take on a runaway train and it's refreshing to see this point of view. Beautiful write.

Beautifully Crafted Poetry! You outdid yourself with this. You left a standard that will be hard for the others to match. Your radiant beauty continues to shine here at this site. You are a breath of fresh air ...here at this sometimes stagnant site. Love you muncho!
