Academia Brats
God, grant me the serenity to
Retain the subjects I've learned
And the confidence to acknowledge
The grades I have earned
Give me the courage to keep going
As I ache and get older
The strength to carry these books
That rest on my shoulders
Give me the wisdom and insight
To get through this year
The faith to conquer my courses
Without doubt, or any fear
Give me patience and restraint
When I want to lash out
Hold down my tongue, keep me
From cursing out loud
At the percentage of brats
Who are wasting their time
While others through effort and
Ethics, do brightly shine
