ONE TIMES ONE EQUALS ONE

The need to know and to belong,
to sing the chorus and the song,
to learn to share and be a part,
not at the centre,in the the heart;
To play a role,an instrument
finely tuned in temperament,
one of many,in symphony,
essential,yet in harmony;
Yet we each,unique,individual,
in unison,sacred,sacremental.

Inspired by Jesus prayer in J 17:11

    Yes, and in this case you play your poetry very nicely. Good work Brian. Thanks for recent comments of my work. Forgive me if I don't return tit for tat. This old house is about to do in this old 74 year old man. Love your work, Charles

    Truly we are all part of one society, Brian. Just wish it was as harmonious as your orchestra. Very compelling verse! Love, Carolyn
