Stratocaster Man

Jimi Hendrix
Drug filled days
Lived his life
In a purple haze

His music
Is a monument
To what it's like
When life is spent

Picking guitars
With your teeth
Never touching
floors beneath

He flew so high
He could touch the sky

Stratocaster in his hand
Hendrix was an awsome man

I don't think I have ever heard this man play. Ray good luck with it in the contest. Thank your for your gracious comment. All my arguments about "The Void" was with my own mind before I wrote it. However Iam learning to go with the Agape, Heart's wisdom. All of your support is greatly appreciated Ray. Agape, Moses

You have done a wonderful piece here, depicting this talent who died without knowing the legend he has become. Great job, Ray! ~ Carrie

Liked his music, but he ended up as the rest of us will. Excellent write and a nice tribute.
