Walking hand in hand---under the star lit sky,
Knowing in our minds this is a beginning for you and I
A sweet, seductive, tentative, tender, touch of our lips,
Looking longingly into each others gaze- sensual bliss.
Not a minute goes by that I don't have thoughts of you,
Wishing to be nearer, proving my words and feelings true.
In slumber.. thoughts of you pervade my dreams-my mind.,
Realizing it was just a dream, so sad that I am alone this time.
Scared to trust in what you say- wondering if you really want me,
Care to thaw this frozen heart-unleash my soul and essence-set me free
Should I listen to my head--or listen to my heart- or my soul,
Will we complete the other half of our hearts as one-be whole.
