Time

Time goes by?
Kill time?
Wasting time?
Quick time?
Time flys?

Time is still.............

We pass time by.
We move through time.
Time is in place and already exists, past and future.
Past is locked in memory. Future is locked in your mind.

Time is but a memory, seen or not. Think about it.

Time....tick tock.

Well, actually I try not to "think about it" ... LOL ... I like to stay in the NOW as much as possible as there is a lot more sand at the bottom of the hour glass than is left to come through ... smile ...

Time is time. I'd love to be able to travel through it, choose an era, live it, then choose another one and like the Beach Boys said "Let's Do It Again."

I believe time is killed, fast forwarded, stalled and stopped for a while then restarted. Our clocks follow accordingly- but in our souls we know these changes have happened, What do we do? We look at the clock and rationalize it, and move on with our day. My only proof of this is that no two days seem like the same amount of time went by. Do they?

Having always had trouble coming to terms with the concept of the time/space continuum, I find this write to be quite intriguing -- memorable. Well done, Gareth! Love, Carolyn

Gareth, thanks for telling us about this poem. A thought provoking write it is! We use it in many phrases indeed! IN my opinion, it is WAY WAY too fast. And my biggest motto is, "I've got no time" Luv, Andrea

Time is also an enigma that can't be explained to my satisfaction. Somewhere I have a poem about it wondering how time can never end. Your poem is very thought provoking. Thanks for mentioning it in your blog. Joyce
