Komodo Dragon

K illing its prey with bacteria stained saliva
O n queue, it is patient as the blood poisoning commences
M aking deadly moves out of the savannah grass
O verpowering even the largest of beast
D evastating team of dragons eviscerate a corpse in a few hours
O n Indonesia’s Island it reins

    These huge lizards really do look like dragons, Abe, and you've educated us with your poem. I didn't know it killed its victims with "bacteria-stained aliva" or how quickly they could consume a dead animal. Awesome acrostic! Love, Carolyn

    sounds gross--gurassic (not spelled right) Komotos are all the rage lately. I would shoot first and ask questions later if I ever saw one coming at me.
