Hush

The dainty foot marks like daisy treads,
Loiters in her intoxication,
Places puddles in the perfume trail,
Coo's in enlightenment to my whistle.

Touch me not for she crushes my heart,
With her soft feet in black moccasins,
Chatter as she whispers on the walk,
In desire loves me to follow.

Lewd perfection I hoot in pursuit,
Swaying form winks as she turns to smiles,
Bottom lines skit in free offer,
Prejudiced I track the sensation.

continued..... I also know it is bad manners to follow someone so I did accept Stephanie's comments with respects. And the line you liked "Touch me not for she crushes my heart". We have a small plant in India which when touched folds and we would look for it in the local forest. I used to feel crushed to see it fold when touched. I am grateful to you for your comments.

Thanks Amy, the poem is on a picture with just naked legs showing and on one of the legs it was written "follow me" with a small bird on the lower side of the writing. The link to the picture ( http://allpoetry.com/images/ext/Image/99/665.jpg ) I also remembered the childhood ways, when we would follow a girl if we friends liked her and she was a tease; just for fun. And this poem developed on the lines. continue in the next comment of mine.....

jai- She's an idiot who can't understand Jack and Jill. Ignore her, better...block her. Your poem was intriguing. Really loved the flow of words, "Touch me not for she crushes my heart".. don't know why, but this one in particular gets me.

I am grateful that you have made a unique comment and respect you for the truth. After a point a writer should evolve so as to compete with himself. Here at poetrysoup there are brilliant writers and readers. My comments or considerations as to what a reader wants really would have no meaning. I just pick images and place my self in a position to write and enjoy life to its full. Sorry, Stephanie, if I inadvertently step on a readers soft nerve point.
