Harrison wakes his mummy up at 6 o clock
Annabel soon starts to stir after…Tick tock!
Pain in the ass when you’ve had 5 hours sleep
Pot of tea waiting? No, obviously a price too steep!
Young kids, who’d have ‘em? Now the alarm goes “BEEP”
Many other days I wouldn’t care less
On a Sunday though I just want to de-stress.
Time rolls on and out of bed we get
Harry and Bella drinking juice, now the bed’s all wet!
Excited to watch cartoons on T.V
Rich people I know would have maids, you see!
Scary to think I have many more years until I’m free.
“Daddy, Bella hit me!” echoing in my mind all day
As I pretend to care, but sympathise with him in a way.
You have to understand, this is my typical…. Mothers Day.
