My Heart

If my heart were glass,it would lay shattered on the floor,
If my heart were a balloon,it would hold air no more.
If my heart were a painting,it would hold no color,
If my heart were a jogger,it could run no further.
If my heart was not to break,it would not learn,
Sometimes it does the soul good,to feel a little burn.
My heart will heal, and the scars will mend,
Just to be broken yet again
