Pleasing My Senses

Waking to the sound of birds singing and knowing life has blessed me again with another day
to live and experience a few of my favorite things:

1. A familiar face in a see of anonymity
2. Puppies and kittens
3. Crocus and buttercups and all perrenial flowers
4. Hugs and kisses
5. Peace and happiness in my family
6. Smell of baking cookies.

For Farah Charma's contest my favorite things
thanks for the inspiration!!

We share many of the same joymakers, Doris. I especially love the first one you listed; hadn't thought of it before, but it does bring a smile to find a friend in the "sea of anonymity." Farah gave us a great challenge and I wish you much success with this gem! Love, Carolyn
