There are so many different philosophies that one who wants to be close to God might not be able to find the way. Greed, power, selfishness, and hatred are a few tools Satan uses to corrupt souls. Thankfully, there are those who walk differently, seek God more than things (Like TV). People who know people's feelings are more important than possessions. And God loves!
