Generation Gap

My daughter says
I hate my cell phone.
I always have to call home
When I get there,
Where I’m going, with whom and when.

Flashback to me at her age
Coming home from a conference
Out of town
My mother worried at half past twelve
When she thought I should be home at ten
I wish I had a cell phone then.

No deep thoughts on evolution, just a simple observation. We have her call when she gets where she is going so that we know she is there. Around here, people have run off the road and been missing for days. The second stanza is just an incident when I was a teenager, clueless to how it feels to be a parent.

OK so you are contemplating life in terms of evolution. My question is why worry so much? Is it her, other people or life you do not trust? Is the worst for a daughter to have sex secretly? The evil sin. LOL. Cmon, fight with me, it will make you feel alive. An addiction.
