Why Do We Suffer ?

There is a reason God’s not intervened.
He’s not indifferent to this world’s scene.
He has great patience while waiting for the time
To act in our behalf during this era of decline.

He’s allowed all sorts of governments to rule,
To prove that humans are unfit and are fools,
If they think they can govern by themselves without God
Who is the author of love and cannot lie.

You see, He has promised one day there will be
A paradise on earth for the righteous who seek
No dictators, no fascists, no human kings.
But who listen to His counsel and uphold Theocracy.

This new Kingdom is being directed through Jesus
Who gives the angles the privilege to guide us
To search all the hearts and gather together
Those who will live on this earth forever.

The choice was given to man, to be or not to be of the source"Love" the only nature and character that will support life. Unfortunately, man choose to live of his enmity mind, as a whole. Thank God for still a few that will put the wedding garment"Love" on, making a difference. Sincere, Agape, Moses

(angels*) This is a beautiful poem, and I really agree with what I interpret your msg as. The bad things have to happen with the good, to create and shape the world we are in, and who we, become. The part that is up to us, is how we handel the bad and good things, and what we allow it to make us. nice job xo Rain

Our country is suffering because the christian right was so worried about homosexuals and loose women they voted to let the rich run the country with lobbyists, bought politicians ,and the corps raped the people. Our country did lose god, it found and worshiped greed. There are two groups to blame, the social conservatives who hate love and sex, and the fiscal conservatives who love money. We on the hollywood left have been warning about this for years.

There will be no freedom for any of us until we are all evolved, and have more loving emotional states. Those of us that are stronger must carry the weaker. Humanity is one unit of consciousness. A theocracy? You trust the priests? child abusers? I trust no one with power, not the rich or the government and certainly not the religious leaders that support war, and hatred of other religions. It is well written though.

Susan.. this is immense and intense ... just luv it so much... truth in every line... I read your comment on Charmaine's tribute poem to me.. but I AM BACK .. I hope u are still on here also.. interior problems sometimes make us react too quickly... if we just let the poetry speak all would be well on this site... my ordeal was unique but now resolved... some personalities are just jealous of the attention another gets... God gave all of us gifts to share our writing... hope u stay on..luv
