Hell created for the devil and his angels become ours only by our choice of allegiance to the devil, but by faith I look for new heaven and new earth wherein dwells righteousness ... keep me in your prayers.

I fear God's justice and pray for mercy. Seems we've been given so much and take too much for granted. God Bless. Vince

Hi Susan, I myself dont't believe that there is a Hell, but won't we experience a hell everyday? We only have to watch the news and everywhere we could see parts of a hell on earth (e.g. Iraq, Afganistan, etc). Thank you for commenting "Five Aphorisms". Gert

I see where you stand on the hell issue Susan though I thought the bible did say a hell exists and that all sinners and those who do not accept JC as their savior are doomed to suffer there for all eternity. I admit I haven't really read the bible but have heard something along these lines since I was a little boy.I guess I would wonder do you personally deviate from the bible or choose to focus on other elements within it that ring true for you and discard what you don't agree with? thanks.Yoni

HI, Susan, I think you ponder alot on the Scriptures. It's hard for me to understand how the Bible says one thing and then people say other things. And even it seems there are contradictions within the Bible itself. The way I see it, the "fires of hell" are symbolic, BUT man WILL have to suffer"hell" for his misdeeds. I would imagine it as mental torture, where you are made to actually FEEL the pain you caused to others! Luv, andrea
