Child lost in a world so cruel,
Treated like an outcast, fed gruel.
To be banished from a home without love,
Does not know of God's love from above.
Never again can she trust in another,
For that got her raped by her own brother.
No dreams can she have of happy ever afters
Those are childish hopes which'll end up in disaster.
Trapped in a life not of her doing or choosing,
Always at the end of a rope-always she is losing.
Fervently she hopes that one day maybe life'll be great,
Fast is that idea dissipating soon it'll forever vanish and abate.
Alone and scared tonight...crying silent tears in her bed,
Again she but wishes she would just drop down dead.
