Black Dog Pants a Heavy Nowhere...

Executed with precise blows...
Chipped block hits the running...
Calcium caters to the masses...
Tattered flags fly the surrender..
Said goodbye to the steaming sunrise...
Cracked window and the darling dawn...
Black Dog pants a heavy nowhere...
Turned situations with a looked over ridicule...
Hollow doubt and it's released shout...
Waterfall lands the bloodstream...
Never a planned battle...
Unforseen placements sold to the underdog...
Hole in tooth...
Needles eye covered in a slick film...
Green light shadows dance..
Icy knocking on raised platforms, as dead rings crack the silence.......

a take on war......TAH

Glad for your explanatio Tah, read it again and it all fell into place. Strong imagery for a terrible threat that never seems to go away.
