i wonder why i cry
when i get angry at something
i wonder why people die
like peace was just nothing
i wonder why people kill
but don't want to die
i wonder why people steal
then throw away the things they buy
i wonder why i care
when no one else try
the question in my mind is why do i wonder why
why don't i focus on the good
there's no good in wishing or wondering why i should
i often wonder why i buy what i buy
cry the way i cry
or try the things i try
i wonder why i feel from time to time
when no one keeps it real
but why should i keep it real?
is it because people wonder how i feel?
i wonder why i confess half
wishing you already knew the rest
the question left beating in my chest is , why do i wonder why
i try not to wonder when i know the hurtful truth
because life is rough and it knocks the wind out of u
