                                                   Tiny
	                                  Little
                             Hummingbird, O how
                                                   You
                                               With your
                                              Emerald wings
	                               Inspire the imagination
Set our minds free, And give us wings
As we flit and dart through pine scented sunshine
Gathering dreams, singing a new song
		                        As troubles melt away
		    	              And the joy of living
				      Returns to us
					 With every
						Heart
	                                                                                      beat
						         A
						         New
						             World
  							  Unfolds to
							    Embrace us
							        With love
							               And
								  Joy

Beautiful words and creative form -- the image of the humminbird comes through so well, Trudy. Thank you for sharing this. They are among God's most beautiful creatures -- such fun to watch their wings flutter so quickly. Love, Carolyn

Wow! You did a great job on this concrete poem. I tried one with chicks under a rooster's wings... based on a true story. Mine was not a success. Yours, on the other hand is a success. I can see the little hummingbird flittering. Very nice. xoxox Dane
