Power grid

Waiting for some idea
to penetrate the fabric
of this processing system.
Nothing there, no electricity.
No current, DC, AC
limp cells fill all our channels,
Incoming, outgoing watts.
Thinking, reasoning, judging.
Beauty beyond intellect
insolated thought products
organized thought principles
individuals, groups, man.
Input, output, turbo charged
data in nano seconds.
Nothing, no power, no data.

This feeling of inertia you describe happens to me, too, Bill, and I am at a loss to explain it. Especially intriguing is the concept of "isolated thought products" without "organized thought principles." This is similar to writers' block. When it happens to me, I just put pen to paper and start writing anything. Eventually, the organization comes. I really like the way you conveyed your message comparing thoughts to electrical charges. Great work, Bill! Love, Carolyn
