Moving Forward
I am so over this feeling.
Feelings of pain and sorrow are all I seem to know.
I just want to move on,
move forward,
With or without you I lie to myself.
I do not want to go on without you.
I pity you -- I know what you are going through.
But you can only feel sorry for yourself,
You feel no shame and only blame everyone else.
Own up to what you have done,
Own up to what you have become,
Own up to your mistakes,
Stop blaming someone else.
Realize who you have hurt,
the ones that mean the most to you,
Or i guess not.
I am so over being distraught.
